Terms of Service

You must: • Be at least 18 years of age or legal majority in your jurisdiction. • Have the legal authority to enter binding agreements. • Not be restricted from using crypto services by applicable laws or sanctions.

Walletium offers: • Wallet functions — Store, send, and receive digital assets. • Instant swaps — Powered by TEX token. • Staking integration — Lock assets to earn rewards. • Cross-platform access — Telegram, web, and mobile apps. • Protocol integration — Connection to blockchains via Walletium's L Protocol.

Walletium provides non-custodial crypto wallet software and related tooling. We do not custody, hold, store, transmit, or control any digital assets, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other authentication credentials on behalf of Users. Private keys and/or seed phrases are generated and stored locally on your device (client-side) and remain under your exclusive control.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for: • Securing and maintaining the confidentiality of your seed phrase(s), private key(s), and any device- or account-level security credentials • Verifying all transaction details prior to approval • Authorizing and approving transactions • Maintaining the security of your device(s), backups, and access methods Loss, theft, compromise, or unavailability of a seed phrase or private key may result in the irreversible loss of access to digital assets. Walletium cannot restore, recover, or reset seed phrases/private keys, reverse transactions, or otherwise regain access on your behalf. Transactions on blockchain networks are generally irreversible. You assume all risks associated with the use of blockchain networks, including but not limited to network congestion, transaction fees, protocol changes, and smart contract vulnerabilities.

• Rewards depend on Walletium Protocol. • Rewards are variable and not guaranteed. • Staked assets may be subject to lock-up and slashing. • Walletium only facilitates access — we do not control outcomes. • By staking, you acknowledge associated risks.

You agree not to use Walletium for: • Illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing). • Exploiting vulnerabilities or disrupting networks. • Circumventing laws, sanctions, or restrictions. • Misrepresentation or impersonation.

You are responsible for: • Safeguarding your credentials and devices. • Understanding blockchain and crypto risks. • Compliance with applicable laws. • Paying any taxes arising from crypto use.

Using Walletium involves risks: • Volatility and market crashes • Protocol or smart contract bugs • Blockchain congestion or failure • Regulatory actions or bans • Irreversible transactions You accept all risks when using Walletium.

Walletium does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All Services are informational and utility-only. To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Walletium is not liable for losses, hacks, scams, or volatility. • Services are provided "as is" without warranties. • Your use is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Updates will be effective upon posting. Continued use = acceptance of changes.
